1. Important disclaimer — read this first
The calculators and content on this site are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and they do not create a professional relationship between you and us. Tax law is complex and individual circumstances vary widely. Before making decisions about your business, your taxes, or your finances, consult a qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA), tax attorney, or financial advisor licensed in your jurisdiction. We do everything we can to keep our calculations accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that any output is correct, current, or complete for your situation.
Tax constants in our calculators (federal brackets, the Social Security wage base, standard deductions, state brackets) are verified annually each January. Between updates, you may see outdated values. Cross-check the numbers below against the current IRS Revenue Procedure and your state's department of revenue before relying on any output for tax planning.
